" The first shuttle for arrivals at CDG is 6:00am Paris time.
" The last shuttle for arrivals at CDG is 7:30pm Paris time.
" Bookings are for Charles de Gaulle ariport only. Blue Vans cannot service Orly Airport, La Defense or any areas outside of Paris zip codes 75001 to 75020 except for groups of six (6) or more persons.

WHAT TO DO AT THE AIRPORT
Once you have reserved with Blue Vans, they will send you a confirmation email with instructions (if you requested a transfer back to the airport, you will also receive a pick-up time that is pre-set according to your check-in time). Should this confirmation fail to reach you in due time, you can call Blue Vans toll-free at (33+1) 30.11.13.00 or fax to +33 (1) 30.11.13.09 or by email to: thebluevans@wanadoo.fr

Once you arrive in Paris - AND BEFORE CLAIMING YOUR BAGGAGE -- go to the nearest pay phone and dial this toll free number (no coins or calling card is necessary) 0800-258-826. Let them know that you have arrived and they will send someone out immediately to get you. They will tell you then where they will pick you up. The shuttle is a Navy Blue Van with "0 800 BLU VAN" written on it.

You can pay the driver directly in cash. I have been told that a tip of 1 euro per piece of baggage would be appropriate as gratuity. There are ATMs in the terminal if you would like to acquire some euros before leaving the airport.

*Note: All reservations must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Blue Vans CANNOT HONOR reservations made under 24 hours notice, either by phone or email. All CANCELLATIONS must be made a minimum of 24 hours before pick-up time.
