Welcome back for La Rentrée...
The New comers...
Debbie Curren is a visitor from Waukegan, Illinois who comes every two years for vacation, but always feels at home. Her goal is to discover the possibilities for living here part time or retiring here.
Jennifer Sigler, a cousin of Joe Soileau, one of our staff members (Concierge for Parler Paris Apartments), lives in Paris for the last year and says she's "not leaving," but is looking for a good job in marketing/sales/PR.
Jeanne Freer lives up to her name...she's a Holistic Energy Practitioner who does healing, tarot, counseling and metamorphic technique.
Ellen Strain, a resident of Paris for many years, finally stopped in to see what it was all about!
Alexandria Levie and Erwin Petri are staying in "Le Balcon Plantée" for a full month and enjoying their time here in spite of a few mishaps with the newly installed elevator!
Jean and Pat Johnson are making their annual Paris visit now and also decided to come say hello. They are happily installed in an apartment near the Canal Saint-Martin and enjoy coming to Paris from time to time.
Stanley and Loui Coira joined us without telling us much about themselves.
Bernard and Rosemary Duhaime have been coming to Paris for many years, but now have an apartment in the 16th. Bernie is involved with the Fédération des Alliances Françaises in the U.S., although they are both retired and enjoying life in Paris.
The Have Beens and Regulars...
Leonard and Janet Bass are annual visitors and always stop in to say hello at Après Midi.
Old friend and past staff member, Bev Teche, came to Paris after a long absence. We are always happy to see her and see she is doing so well.
Florence Richburg came for the first time last June and ended up as our newest staff member -- my personal assistant! That's how quickly things can happen at Après Midi!
Alan Smid loaned me his hat for a funny moment...and Medora Kaltenbach, graced us with her presence once again, although she won't be back until December.
Patricia Laplante Collins and her pup, Eve, of Paris Soirées, said that now that we've written that she doesn't miss a single session, she absolutely can't miss one!...even if she doesn't show up until 4:45 p.m.!
