It wasn't as cold as it's been and a great way to start the new year with a small group of old friends and newly made acquaintances.
Steve and Suzanne Navaro, of Paris Home Shares, just arrived in Paris a few days ago and visited with us for the first time. They are busy putting the finishing touches on their latest Fractional Ownership property, Le Petit Trésor on rue Trésor in the 4th.
Medora Kaltenbach, who comes to Paris every two months for two months said her hellos and goodbyes until here next visit in April.
Kristin Shannon and Antonio Meza, both doing cross-cultural communications and neuro-linguistic programming work, came to visit with us and share their experiences from their most recent workshop.
Eva Marsh-Ferziger, who joined us for the first time, has an apartment in the 2nd arrondissement and goes back and forth three times a year or more, but is thinking of spending more time in Paris (of course!).
Another newcomer was Gabrielle LeBeau, whose husband managed to land a job here, is happy to be here with their young daughter, for a new adventure and a way to learn French!
Marilyne Tron was back in town, yearning to be in France most of her time. She said he re-entry into American life wasn't so easy and is looking for ways to make Paris more permanent.
Karen Von Bismarck hadn't shown her face in way too long -- so glad to have her back. She was anxious to meet other Parler Paris readers.
Mark Kritz, a regular visitor for years and who we call "Man of Montmartre," doesn't let that stop him from coming to Le Marais.
And of course, Patricia Laplante Collins, with Eve in tow, wouldn't miss a single gathering! Plan on attending one of her evening soirées to meet more people! Visit http://www.parissoirees.com/ for more information.
