Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before April 15, 2009, will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. From April 16, 2009, through April 21, 2009, a refund of 50% per person will be given, less a $50 processing fee. After April 21, 2009, the conference fee is non-refundable. Please call, fax, or email our offices immediately to avoid any unnecessary charges if you are unable to attend. If you cancel due to medical reasons that are covered by your purchased travel-insurance policy, we will advise the insurance company that your travel and conference or seminar fees are non-refundable.
